Our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to love your Darflem ritual. If it isn't right for you, simply write to us at support@darflem.com within 60 days of delivery with your order number, and we'll refund you. This applies even if the product has been opened, used or finished. There's no need to send anything back, so please keep it.

What You'll Get Back

• Orders of $50 or more (free shipping): the full amount you paid.
• Orders under $50: the price of your product. The $6.95 shipping fee isn't included in the refund.

How Quickly
We'll reply within 2 business days, and your refund will be sent to your original payment method within 5 business days of your email. Your bank or card issuer may need a little extra time to show it.

Good to Know
The guarantee covers one refund per customer. If your order includes a subscription, the refund also cancels it, so no further shipments will be charged.

Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, we're so sorry! Please email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and the shipping box. We'll send you a replacement at no cost (or refund you if a replacement isn't possible). This doesn't count as your guarantee refund.

Non-Refundable Items
Gift cards and final-sale items can't be refunded.
